IULIDA ISLAND RESIDENCE
Unique accommodation
The guest house Ioulida is located on a plot of 220 sq.m. and includes a two-story lodge and guest house. It has a sea view, specifically to the North-East it has a view to the sea of Karystos, while to the West it has a view to the sea in Makronissos and to green mountain slopes.
It consists of the ground floor with 60 sq.m., the first floor with another 60 sq.m. and the guest house with 30.sq.m. All spaces have stone walls that maintain ideal temperature conditions.
The ground floor consists of a bedroom with French doors to the east terrace. The 1st floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and sea view from the balcony. Its terraces are north-east facing Leo and Karystos. In the guesthouse, in addition to the accommodation area, you will enjoy your coffee on a small terrace overlooking the southwest sea and Makronissos.
